Rob has been in the leadership and sales enablement profession for many years.
He owns and operates Stenberg & Associates – Sales & Leadership Academy, where he teaches leadership principles, communication, storytelling and connective listening to companies and individuals looking to increase their ability to influence, engage, lead, and sell.
His passion is adding value to others so they can reach the goals they set for themselves.
Rob is a Mindworx Licensed and Certified Senior Trainer and Coach, a Maxwell Team Certified speaker, trainer, and coach, and a Cialdini Certified Professional.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the College of St. Scholastica with degrees in Management and Marketing.
With over 25 years of selling experience across a diverse range of industries, Rob works with organizations of all sizes looking to improve from the inside by growing their people.
He also coaches individual business executives and sales professionals and speaks to groups seeking education, motivation, and inspiration.
